Scope of intervention

The NeuroVista firm deploys its expertise across four axes: Artificial Intelligence (R&D and MLOps), Critical Software Engineering, Cloud Architectures (AWS/GCP), and large-scale Technical Direction.

Transparency of commitments

Technical complexity demands absolute contractual precision. Our scoping includes detailed architecture, risk mapping, and a clear delivery commitment (sprints or fixed-price).

Economic model

Technological excellence requires investments justified by generated value. Our billing (premium fixed-price or time-and-materials) is payable within 30 days, ensuring the fluidity of our operations.

Intellectual property sovereignty

We build technological assets for you. Unless an R&D co-ownership agreement is in place, the entirety of the source code and specific algorithms developed is transferred to you upon final settlement.

Confidentiality and Industrial Secrecy (NDA)

Industrial secrecy is the prerequisite for any high-level collaboration. Our architects are trained in handling sensitive data and operate under an unconditional non-disclosure agreement.

Obligation of excellence

NeuroVista commits to a reinforced obligation of means, mobilizing state-of-the-art technology. The robustness of our deliverables is guaranteed by strict testing protocols (QA, SecOps).
