Data Sovereignty (GDPR)

NeuroVista applies the same security rigor to its own systems as required by its partners. Protecting your privacy and industrial data is not an option; it is our default standard.

Data minimization

Precision engineering implies keeping only what is essential. We limit our collection to technical and contact data necessary for qualifying your projects (Name, Role, Email, Technical context).

System compartmentalization

Your prospecting or audit data is never cross-referenced with third-party databases, nor monetized. It remains confined within access-restricted systems.

Form routing

Form requests are recorded by the NeuroVista relay and then routed by Brevo, under an accepted DPA, to contact@neurovista.fr. Brevo acts only as the delivery processor. A draft is kept on your device only when you request it after a network incident and expires no later than 24 hours afterwards.

Data lifecycle

Contact requests and the data required for their follow-up are retained for no more than 12 months, then deleted. Transient relay content is purged as soon as provider acceptance is recorded.

Chosen location and local light

Paris is the default location. You can choose a city or allow an approximate location; the site does not locate you by your IP address. Coordinates are rounded before the NeuroVista relay sends them to the displayed weather provider. A city search is sent to the geocoding service only after submission; Google Maps receives that search when its attribution accompanies the results. Your chosen place stays in your browser for up to 30 days; ‘Return to Paris’ clears it. Weather is cached for up to 15 minutes in the relay and 30 minutes in your browser. Unavailable weather or local time is explicitly identified.

Satellite observations in Horizon

Observations load only when you choose ‘Earth observations’. The request then goes through NeuroVista’s same-origin proxy; this feature does not send EUMETSAT your IP address, cookies, account, form content or location coordinates. The proxy retains a response for up to 120 seconds. Images are held temporarily in browser memory and released when observation mode closes.

Control of your rights

You may request deletion, modification or export of your data through our contact channel: contact@neurovista.fr. We process these requests as quickly as possible under the applicable framework.
