Valyne Privacy Policy
Valyne is a mobile app for iOS and Android operated by NeuroVista. It lets users check pharmacy product availability, search for a product, scan its box, and, when available, voluntarily send a reservation or order request to the pharmacy. Users may also voluntarily contribute a product photo.

Who is responsible
Valyne is operated by NeuroVista SAS.
For privacy, support, or data questions, you can contact Valyne@neurovista.fr.
What data may be processed
Information you enter or scan to search for a product may be processed to return the requested result in the app.
This information may include a search label, a scanned product code, product references, a pharmacy reference, and limited technical data required to operate the service.
When you send a reservation or order request, Valyne may process the information strictly required for that request: first name, phone number, optional email address, quantity, optional message, product concerned, pharmacy concerned, request status, and minimal technical history.
If you voluntarily contribute a product photo, that photo is sent to our servers together with technical metadata used to attach it to the correct product.
Limited technical logs may also be used for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and service diagnostics.
Pharmacy requests
Search, scan, and product browsing remain available without a mandatory account.
A lightweight verification may be requested only when you send a reservation or order request, in order to reduce false requests and allow the pharmacy to contact you.
The pharmacy uses request information only to process your reservation, inform you of the next step, or contact you if the product can be ordered.
Notifications, when enabled, remain optional and must not display sensitive product information. They may simply indicate that the pharmacy has replied to your request.
Product photo contribution
Product photo contribution is voluntary. In the current version, this flow uses the device camera to capture a new product photo.
The submitted photo is stored server-side so it can be reviewed internally before any potential reuse for enriching the product image catalog.
During submission, product and pharmacy references may be processed so the photo can be attached to the correct product and placed in an internal review queue.
Data retention
Product searches, scanned codes, and technical errors may be retained in technical logs for up to 30 days, then deleted or anonymized.
Reservation or order requests, their statuses, and associated contact information may be retained for the time required for pharmacy handling, then for up to 90 days after closure for follow-up, abuse prevention, and deletion requests.
Voluntarily submitted product photos and attachment metadata may be retained for the time required for internal review and catalog enrichment. A photo that is not retained is deleted within 12 months.
If a photo is accepted as a catalog image, it may be kept while the product remains referenced in the service or until an accepted deletion request.
Support, privacy, or deletion requests sent by email may be retained for up to 3 years in order to track the request and comply with evidence obligations.
Technical backups are purged on a rolling cycle and are not kept for more than 90 days.
Data deletion
You can request deletion of data associated with your use of Valyne by emailing Valyne@neurovista.fr with the subject "Valyne data deletion".
When request tracking is available in the app, you can also delete your requests and associated data directly from the tracking screen.
To help us find the relevant data, please include the platform used, approximate date, product concerned, and pharmacy concerned when possible.
When the data can be identified, we delete or anonymize pharmacy requests, associated contact information, photos, associated metadata, support requests, and technical logs still available. Requests are handled within a maximum of 30 days.
Uninstalling the app removes local app data managed by the operating system. Data already sent to the server can be deleted under the process described above.
Sharing and security
We do not sell Valyne data and we do not share it with advertising networks.
Data may be processed by technical service providers strictly required to operate the service, including cloud hosting, security, technical logs, and server-side storage.
Any provider that has access to Valyne data must process it only under our instructions and provide protections equivalent to those described in this policy.
Communications with our servers use HTTPS. Internal access is restricted to people and services that need it to operate, secure, and improve Valyne.
User account
Valyne does not require an account to search, scan, or view products.
For reservation or order requests, Valyne may retain a lightweight identity linked to your phone number so you can retrieve your requests and avoid entering the same information again at each use.
This lightweight identity is not used for advertising and can be deleted with your requests under the deletion process described above.
Contact
For any request related to this policy or your data, contact Valyne@neurovista.fr.
Camera is used only to capture a new product photo when you choose to contribute one.
Pharmacy requests and submitted product photos are stored server-side only for the purposes described above.
